Great and smart people to work with. They are mostly dedicated and work hard. The environment is extremely friendly. Managers are very understanding, and work hours are very flexible. Great work-life balance.
No product focus. Lacks commitment on research and development. They are more interested in buying technology than developing it.
R&D needs long-term commitment.
