Benefits and work environment get worse every year.
A highly political environment makes it impossible to just get your job done.
People are demoralized and hate being at this company. Bill and Dave would be so sad to see what their company has become.
Go back to original HP principles. Value your employees and reward them for doing a good job. Make an attempt to retain talented people instead of being just another hire and fire tech firm.
