Good work-life balance. Good work culture.
No proper hierarchy. Things take time.
It is a basically normal interview process. I was asked about my projects deeply, along with some HR questions about how you know about this company and what you know about it.
It was not that great. They asked in-depth DSA concepts, from dynamic programming to graphs, and a good amount of resume-based questions. The resume part was fine, but the DSA questions were super tough.
Interviewer was very sweet. Started with DSA (linked lists - medium, DP - easy). Asked in detail about projects. Then OS and computer basics. They made sure I was comfortable and asked a lot about future plans, hobbies, etc.
