Good company to work for.
The salary is not good.
Panel interview. No whiteboarding, mostly knowledge and experience-based questions. Overall, it was a pretty easy interview process. The interviewers were pretty nice, and personality had a big part to do with whether you get an offer as well.
The interview process consisted of around 4 to 6 rounds, depending on the team size. Senior engineers prefer to check the candidate's attitude. The final decision is left to seniors rather than the manager. Lastly, there is an HR round.
I have 5 years of experience in the C++ domain. They conducted a total of 3 rounds of interviews: one telephonic call, one technical F2F, and one manager round. The interview was very nice.
