This company gives you a lot of flexibility in terms of timings, free coffee/tea, and lots of extracurricular activities. It creates a kind of comfort zone which makes it hard for employees to leave and move on.
- Not many projects.
- Not many growth options.
- No yearly hikes. (Out of my 5-year stay, I have received a hike only 2 times.)
- Worst management.
- High level of politics.
The whole set of managers who have been staying there for the last 10-15 years should be changed. First, lay them off for a better future.
