Good work culture, WFH, work-life balance, sponsorship for certifications, good employee engagement programs, good pay only if you are experienced.
Not at all recommended for freshers or entry-level graduates. There is very little scope for learning and career growth, as most of the projects are maintenance projects. One can get into a comfort zone very easily, and it is very difficult to adapt to the outside culture.
Telephonic followed by F2F. I attended only the telephonic interview. They asked data structures and puzzles telephonically. Asked about IPC, kernel internals, interrupt handling, bottom halves, top halves, and softirqs.
I had 3 rounds of interviews scheduled: tech, HR, and manager. The tech interview was quite intensive, followed by the managerial and HR rounds, which were quite easy. The interview was at their campus.
1st round - online assessment 2nd round - technical round Here, I was asked about my projects and also DSA questions (reverse a string but in groups of 3 characters). 3rd round - managerial round 4th round - HR round
