Casual chat with the contractor team. Got the interview from an employee referral and was invited in. Had a chat with three team members. Went well; I got offered the job. This particular role was very niche, though, and I had the skills they needed

It was a three-round team interview. The questions were easy to medium, mostly targeting the previous project, with a few questions about system designs. The people were polite and welcoming.

Very decent process from recruitment staff. It was scheduled at the correct time. Both HR and Recruitment staff did their jobs nicely, although the interview process did not have any standards.
