It is very difficult to move up the corporate ladder. The work you do is, more often than not, not high stakes. Everyone who works there has either been there for less than 5 years or more than 15 years, as the work environment does not support competition and honestly degrades your coding capability. If you are a young engineer, this is not the company for you, but if you are looking to relax, this is about as good as it gets.
It was online, and the interviewer asked a lot of OS, CN, DBMS, and OOPS concepts. He was chill, but they valued depth a lot and wanted answers in depth. It was held for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
