After merging with CSC, instead of mass employee firings, the company should have focused on re-skilling employees through internal trainings.
Currently, mass employee firings have been in progress for one year, with a 35% headcount reduction target in each account/project every quarter in 2017, to be continued in 2018 as well.

It was long and drawn out, but very well organized and designed for selecting top applicants. It could be shorter, but this is a complex position to fill and can be hard to identify the correct applications.
The candidate process is truly atrocious. I received no feedback. The hiring manager doesn't reply to simple messages for months on end after the interview. I was even referred by an HPE employee for the role. I cannot get any update. The HPE Careers
