Great Culture, Variable Bonus
Good benefits, very helpful colleagues. Promote respectful cultures regardless of race and religion. Fixed annual increment, but subject to overall performance after going through quarterly/annual review with manager.
The only fixed bonus is the 13-month salary. The variable pay bonus (VPB) is not fixed. The rest will be based on sales bonus.
Everything is just great.

Solutions Architect
The interview was average. Submitting a resume to HR, getting a phone call for discussion, followed by skills testing and an offer letter. It was a client-recommended profile, so it was not a regular interview process.
