Working from home, and as always, the people. Isolation is avoided with a good use of Skype calls.
On-boarding was a shambles. The internal systems appear to have been produced as an example of how not to put a set of systems together.
There appears to be no set process for career progression or even cost of living wage increases.
The company spams its own employees with the amount of junk e-mails it sends.
