Balanced work-personal life balance. Senior management is good and focused.
A clear appraisal system with achievable goals.
Bonus and share sharing.
Big org with processes overhead. There are too many departments with their own processes, without a clear understanding of how they work together.
Initiatives are taken but not always followed at the grass-roots level.
While management does communicate next steps and set up teams to help understand the new steps, there is hardly any support.
Senior management many a time doesn't even bother to respond!
The candidate process is truly atrocious. I received no feedback. The hiring manager doesn't reply to simple messages for months on end after the interview. I was even referred by an HPE employee for the role. I cannot get any update. The HPE Careers
3 rounds of interview, including hiring manager, panel of peers, and director. Took 2 weeks for the process and another week of salary negotiation. Overall, the process was very smooth, and the recruiter kept me informed.
Simple interview. As they already knew me from having worked with them through subcontractors, it wasn't very complex. First, one with HR and then, one with the person who would be my manager.
