I have been working at HPE as a Contractor (More than 3 years). Flat hierarchies, an international work environment, a meaningful business model to work for, and great colleagues.
Depending on the project manager, your project could be interesting or horrible.
Contractors or Engineers with high skills must have more influence in designs.
The candidate process is truly atrocious. I received no feedback. The hiring manager doesn't reply to simple messages for months on end after the interview. I was even referred by an HPE employee for the role. I cannot get any update. The HPE Careers
Simple interview. As they already knew me from having worked with them through subcontractors, it wasn't very complex. First, one with HR and then, one with the person who would be my manager.
Very fast and extremely easy if you know how to talk to people and have technical knowledge. I started in the new hire college program, so my knowledge was all around my college career.
