I love the overall company culture. HPE really values its employees. During the spring and summer, HPE gave all employees "Wellness Fridays", where employees could literally close shop after 2 PM on one or two Fridays a month, or in some months, take off the entire Friday.
The CEO and other leadership do value the social aspects of the employees and respect diversity.
The benefits are very good as well.
Just like any big company, new products keep coming and going. So, you pretty much have to sell what is pushed.
Other than that, no complaints.
It was long and drawn out, but very well organized and designed for selecting top applicants. It could be shorter, but this is a complex position to fill and can be hard to identify the correct applications.
Very quick. Three interviews. Two Teams meetings with an L1 leader, one Teams meeting with a director. Mostly talking about yourself. It was informal, which was nice. I was early career though, so I don’t think this is typical of a technical position
I got a call to confirm my availability, after which a calendar invitation was sent. The interview was face-to-face with HP, with sales and technical people on the panel.
