Originated from an international company, even though I was based in Japan, the work style was pretty flexible. Professional service had some respect from customers and in-house tech people too.
This depends on the culture the customer has, and so does the manager you work together with. My case was great, and I loved my manager.
The candidate process is truly atrocious. I received no feedback. The hiring manager doesn't reply to simple messages for months on end after the interview. I was even referred by an HPE employee for the role. I cannot get any update. The HPE Careers
Pretty standard. One huge issue is that the background screening was done in Mexico. The language barrier and the time it took to actually get hired were very, very frustrating. I almost didn't accept the role due to this process. It was truly awful,
Very quick. Three interviews. Two Teams meetings with an L1 leader, one Teams meeting with a director. Mostly talking about yourself. It was informal, which was nice. I was early career though, so I don’t think this is typical of a technical position
