Not much pro there. Career development is null, and stellar products are being surpassed by others.
Most of the pros are gone or will be once Micro Focus...
Too many cons. This is a company that will be part of Micro Focus, so the vision will be even more foggy and mixed.
Too many layers and management not connected to market understanding.
