Very good company culture
HPE company policies were excellent. The HPE culture is reflected in the policies. Employee benefits, ethical standards, and respect were built into the DNA of the company.
Over time HPE started losing its competitive edge. It felt like, HPE is going through an identity crisis.
Advise is a big word, my input is - HPE original values are the best, please ensure relevant ones kept stay alive.
