Had the chance to work with some really experienced engineers and great people overall.
There was little to no room for growth in career or salary.
On-site interview with five software developers and one manager. Each interview lasted 45 minutes. Required to write pseudocode on a whiteboard. Interviewers were friendly and approachable. Mostly focused on what was on the resume.
The interview process was pretty simple. First round was with the hiring manager, who asked me resume-based questions. After that, there was one panel interview of 90 minutes with the entire team. They were quick to give an offer.
The process was OK. However, they were slightly lax about order and keeping in touch. Everything else was as expected. I did enjoy the actual interview process and thought the staff were friendly.
