Heard back rather quickly after I applied online. The phone screening wasn't that hard; it just went over my resume and typical behavioral questions. Was asked back for an interview with a panel, and it wasn't that very difficult.

There are 3 levels of interview. Two are telephonic and one is face-to-face. You have to clear the first telephonic interview, then they will arrange the second. Otherwise, you will get the answer, "We will get back to you."
