Got to the first HR screening. I thought it went well and the recruiter was very nice; I got good signals. But it was silent after that. I tried emailing the recruiter twice, but received no response. It is disappointing, as the company looks very cool, but their approach to candidates doesn't seem to reflect the culture they are portraying.
