This company’s process is ridiculous. Interviews dragged on for 4 weeks! An absolute waste of time with all the prep for their assignments? Over the top. Chill, it’s a startup, not NASA.
It started off fine. The recruiters seemed distant, but things went downhill after the hiring manager interview. I made it to the end just to be told they "decided to shift the role’s focus." Seriously? That’s something you figure out before wasting weeks of my time.
The interviews themselves were a mess. One of them was so unprofessional—it was obvious the manager wasn’t prepared. I could see him typing mid-interview, probably trying to come up with questions on the spot. I honestly wanted to end the call right there.
Why do you want to work here?
