I applied online. The process took 1 week.
A very casual interview, with no difficult questions asked. Despite having several years of experience, only the experience at my current role (~6 months) was discussed. I was notified prior to the interview that Hightouch uses brighthire.ai to record the interview. I did not receive an offer to continue the interview process after speaking with the recruiter. The reasons I got for this were confusing, including my lack of experience with something that is not listed on my resume and wasn't listed anywhere in the job description. I suspect the reliance on AI for the hiring process probably allows the recruiting team to cut some corners on the effort they personally put into the interview process.
