Submitted application on their website, then was contacted by HR for an interview.
The website was not user-friendly. I was called away partway through submitting, then couldn't get back into the application. I had to re-submit using an alternative email.
I wasn't given the names of the interviewers or the format of the interview in advance. They would not tell me the salary bands in advance or after the interview.
The interview focussed on the STAR method of questioning.
