Just read the IBM forums or any YouTube video about COBOL and you will be good.
Three rounds were asked: first telephonic, then technical, and then with the HR round.

Cons: very local workforce, so expect Cantonese to be spoken all the time.

Cons: Local managers (middle layer) are politicizing the company, and fair performance evaluations are not occurring due to this.
Managers are not following etiquette. For example, English is not always used as the language for communication.
Project management and resource allocation are worst.
