Pros: Unfortunately, there are no pros, except that I got the chance to work on a project developed from scratch to the end and gained good exposure.
Cons: 1. No onsite opportunity.
2. Salary structure is not up to other IB standards.
3. Very, very bad politics.
4. Management is narrow-minded and purely non-technical.
5. Local region-based partiality: GBM purely supports local people and prefers local region people for promotion.
6. Management culture is purely party and drink-based.
