Software Engineer Interview Experience - Pune, Maharashtra
Process
Got mail from HSBC after viewing my profile on Naukri.com. I replied to it and got a telephone call asking for details and expected CTC. I told them I have 3 years of experience and have 3 offers with me. If they are ready to give more than that, we can go ahead.
Interviewed on the weekend. It was very easy, mostly on Java basics. Though it was for a portal server developer role, nothing was asked from that area. I didn't know anything about it, which I had already conveyed.
Got 2 months to receive an offer. Oh my god!
Questions
Tell me about yourself. Then asked about project, string literals, design patterns, collections, and exceptions.
