Cannot maintain work-life balance. Not enough engineers with similar skillsets, so no other people can help with the tasks. Required to work on 5-6 consecutive weekend releases (Sat 23:00 - Sun 6:00 HKT).
Cost savings can stimulate the stock price in a short time, but it will take a long time to train an experienced engineer.
