Best company I've ever worked for, and it will certainly be difficult to find another one like it in Brazil. Focusing on a global and multicultural environment, during the two years I worked there, every month brought innovations, new benefits, and new courses. The atmosphere was calm, without much pressure for results.

Some people complained that the salary increases were low, but there were almost automatic promotions and raises. It was hard to see someone with more than two years without a salary increase, even if small, or a promotion.
