In a site like Kolkata, India, it provides much-needed employment for the local populace. That's the only good part.
- Poor, pathetic salary.
- Biased management and HR.
- Ever-changing policies leading to unsuccessful results.
- Very low employee morale.
You have a lot of work to do. Even the Indian Government is doing a better job than you. I am unsure if the management on their own is apt.
