- Rather long-term projects,
- Pretty uncomplicated mobile stack; most teams have UI journeys.
- From time to time, HSBC is letting go of Western countries in favor of Asia, so your project might get transferred or cancelled.
- There's a low chance of doing something "new", so it's better to prepare for established/older solutions when it comes to tech stack.
Had both types of managers, from super awesome who could handle a lot and managed teams 10/10, to younger managers who either do nothing or simply let you on your own.
