A bonus is good once a year, depending on your performance. CSR and lots of activities, festive seasons.
Management, no allowance for FCC. You couldn't grow outside of this.
Should listen more to the staff.

Senior Software Engineer
Got a call from the vendor first. It took 2 days to schedule the F2F interview. There were 2 rounds with a gap of 4 days in between. Both were technical. The second was a VC with a manager-level person. The interview panel was cool.
Software Engineer
Two-time interview: First, a technical interview. Then, an HR interview. If there is an HR interview after the technical interview, your chances are high, I suppose.
