Got a call from the vendor first. It took 2 days to schedule the F2F interview. There were 2 rounds with a gap of 4 days in between. Both were technical. The second was a VC with a manager-level person. The interview panel was cool.

Pros: 1. Good perks, such as a bonus every year, for motivation.
2. Learn anything with the wide variety of available platforms across the company.
3. Good gadgets to work with, like company-provided Jabra headphones during the pandemic.
Support and hardware are the best.
Cons: 1. The bonus is dependent on your rating, and indirectly, the manager is solely responsible for everything concerning hikes and bonuses at HSBC.
2. A manager can view your salary and compare it with those of your colleagues, potentially reducing your hike to compensate for other teammates.
3. Internal job postings (IJPs) are not good at all, as you rarely receive a response within one to two months of applying.
