Good work-life balance. Flexible work-from-home facility. Good shift allowances. Good career opportunities (only if you push yourself to learn more. The company will promote your additional skills, but they won't push you to do additional trainings). Fair yearly increment (above 10% on average).
No onsite opportunity.
If you are lucky and get to travel to any location, it will be of short duration (3 months max).
Meagre allowances if you are on onsite.
GLT Management is not good.
Most of the workforce here work in an individual capacity and they directly report to the business. I haven't seen any manager here do any credible work or contribute to the project. They just cascade information from the core management (your application owners, mostly sitting in the UK/HK). They take your feedback from these core managers and give you ratings. Basically, they just act as their puppets. And you end up having two managers.
Advice to management: Not much management is required, actually. You are redundant.

Interview was conducted in Yerwada Business Centre. There was one technical round and one HR round. I was told that the Head HR would call for negotiations. I applied for a Java, Spring, Angular opening with 5 years of experience. The requireme
It depends a lot on the project and manager. I had one interview with a manager and was hired, but generally there will be two rounds. The second round would be with the manager or lead, or generally both. It will be a technical + fitment round.
