Pros

Despite working with this organization for a good enough time, I don't have any pros to share.

Cons

Organisation is badly stuck with politics, and you should only join if you are a good politician or want to be one.

They have a policy to give a 4 rating (Performance Improvement Programme) mandatorily to 10% of employees, and normally, they execute this policy on freshers and new employees.

No onsite opportunity and very poor hikes (less than 5%).

Some managers are not even qualified for the job of a clerk. In mail writing, they also need help.

9 AM to 6 PM office timings, and your manager may ask you to apply for half-day leave if you come to the office after 10 AM.

In every town hall, they share all negative news of the organisation and how badly they are performing worldwide.

Most managers are from non-technical backgrounds, and their qualifications are B.A. or B.Com. They even don't know basic SQL queries.

Managers would always spy on your desktop to know what you are doing and would discuss this only while giving your yearly feedback.

Managers may even tell you not to go to drink water frequently; it's better to keep a water bottle at your desk to improve productivity.

Because of all these cons, they have started hiring on contract now. If you get a call on contract, join only if you don't have any other offer and plan to leave within one year.

Advice to Management

Replace all those non-technical managers who were hired 10 years back and don't know anything about the technical world.

Focus on HR policy.
