Good work culture, and my team management was impartial while giving hikes and bonuses.
The company lacks in being up to date with the latest technology.
Salaries and hikes weren't good in 2016, but it all changed in 2018, as they had downsized in 2017.
Should be up to date with technologies used in the company. Although a product-based company aimed at providing services to HSBC Bank, the software used is way behind when compared to other companies like ICICI.
