- Best place to work, especially for senior SE level and above.
- MSC Status company.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Most senior SEs are willing to teach you a lot.
- Salary is the lowest when compared to the same batch of Software Engineers in Malaysia.
- HR is not very efficient or responsive.
- Yes, it is an MSC status company (allegedly), but employees won't get any benefits from it.
- You won't get approval for training if it's not related to your current project, purely for cost-cutting reasons, even though your boss always asks you to enhance yourself.
I am totally sad.
