Some of the positive aspects of working with HSBC are:
- Work-life balance
- Good working environment
- Friendly colleagues who will help if you are stuck in between.
Some of the cons:
- If you are enthusiastic about working with new technologies, then HSBC is not a place to explore.
- Most of the environment is based on heritage Mainframes, and the major front-end technologies include mainly just Java.
- Growth in terms of payscale is not good.
No complaints to the management.
