A good place to work if you want less quality work and stagnant growth of knowledge, but pay. They do pay good enough
Nothing much. It really depends on the department in which you are working. The work might be good and you might get to learn new things. You might get a very good salary hike if you have a good relationship with your manager.
Managers dominant environment. No good work culture. Bounded hours system, feels like a jail when you have to complete 7.5 hours even when you have no work.
Please make sure that you are taking care of the employees and find a better way to reward the people who actually work.
