I applied through referral. There were 4 rounds: * Aptitude and Technical test * SJT (situational judgement test) * Technical round * HR round The Aptitude test was a little bit difficult. The Technical round was good. The interviewer was very cool

The first round is an SJT (Situational Judgement Test), which tests your response to various situations. You have to answer by selecting the most likely solution to the problem and the least likely response to it. It was followed by the Meritrak onl
