I have 5 years of experience, but I still haven't gotten a promotion, no onsite opportunities, and I haven't received a good raise. So, I decided to leave this organization.
There's no growth. Promotions are very infrequent. There are no onsite opportunities. Don't join this organization ever as a mainframe developer.
Be transparent and give opportunities to deserved people. Managers are very biased.

I was informed by the Consulting Agency that your interview with HSBC has been scheduled. On the exact given time, the interviewer called on my cell phone. This was the 1st round, i.e., the Telephonic Round. This interview lasted almost 40 minutes.
