Worst working environment
There are no pros.
Managers with poor or no management skills in Pune, India.
No festival holidays.
Worst company for 1-5 years experience employees.
Workload.
Boring environment.
People leave the team, and then it takes months to hire a new resource.
Please give training to management and let them know how to handle people and not make their lives uneasy.
