I had applied to HSBC Software Development through the Employee Referral Program.
One technical interview was taken by the Department Head. It was followed by an HR interview.
The process was well organized and very systematic.
I would say the interview level was pretty simple, and I got a call from the HR manager after a week. I accepted the offer.
