Good company if you are lateral, because they pay lateral more than current ones
Big parties, extracurriculars, work-life balance, good infrastructure, friendly culture.
Nothing new to learn, since banks stick to older technology.
No job security, since there have been lots of layoffs since last year.
Please pay your current employees equally to lateral ones because current ones have the tendency to put their expertise in difficult situations compared to lateral ones.
