Not Applicable. The cons section is self-explanatory.

Cons

This company has never been my employer.

Interview process lacks clarity, as they hire you after multiple quality analysis or technical rounds. Then they discuss with you as if it's an HR round where salary expectations and notice period get discussed. Then they say that they will inform you soon. The 'soon' never comes. You are kept in the dark for the results. On multiple follow-ups, they say that you are hired and can put in your papers if needed, as they have blocked the requirement and you are selected anyway. Please don't put in your papers after this, because they surprise you by calling one fine day saying that expected CTC and notice period is an issue suddenly.

Bonus points:

  • Interviews scheduled on weekdays
  • 5 rounds of interview in one shot
  • Technical panel won't be present, despite having F2F scheduled by them, resulting in multiple invites for F2F.
  • Whilst you follow up after clearing all rounds of interview regarding updates, you'll be told that some sort of approvals are pending because they are planning to pay you high.

On the whole, even if you get in, it's better to not keep any hopes on this.

Thus, the "Pros" section has got "Not Applicable" mentioned in my review.

Advice to Management

Try to respect people who attend interviews by at least getting the interview panels ready.

If you have no intentions of hiring, please stay away from recruitment processes. Others' time is valuable.
