People work for years and years in this company and treat it as their personal property.
All the behavior standards are for others and not for the managers to follow. Surprisingly, they get away with it.
Feel like I committed some kind of crime working for this company.
Equal opportunities and work-life balance are only topics of discussion.
Review policy is extremely unfair.
This company does not like to pay. Full stop.
Address the issues before it's too late.
