Works like an old government organization and requires resources to jump many hoops before they can get any simple task done. The perm employees who have been there for long don’t care about the job as such (not all but some).

Test Manager
A brief 30-minute interview with another contractor who was in a Programme Management role. My role was a contract role, and the process was very quick. The interviewer was very relaxed, and this made me relaxed.
