Process
Very productive and full of learnings. I enjoyed the entire process because I learned a lot.
I went through the recruiting process twice, but I always had fun. The important thing here is that HubSpot evaluates your culture fit. This approach is so powerful and effective.

Pros: - Good culture and environment.
- Mainly remote, but you can choose if you want to go to the office.
- Equipment and all the stuff is provided.
Cons: - For LatAm, the salaries are extremely low for HubSpot (and in comparison with other companies).
- The benefit regarding stock options isn't worth it if you don't live in the USA.
- If you are an engineer for the marketing team, the work is boring.
