Process
I had a nice interview with the recruiter, who then sent me an assessment.
The questions were easy (the same API question everyone gets). I finished it in half the time, cleaned up the code, and shipped it off.
It's been a few weeks since then, and I haven't heard back from the recruiter. All I received was an automated "congrats" for wasting a couple of hours of my weekend.
Then, I picked up the book 'Disrupted'. Since I've been ghosted, I figured it was because I wasn't a good cultural cough demographic fit, i.e., not young and white.
