Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Boston, Massachusetts
Process
I had my interview for a software job at HubSpot.
It was thorough, starting with a recruiter screen, followed by a technical phone screen with coding challenges.
The digital onsite included coding, system design, and behavioral interviews.
Everyone was friendly and focused on both my technical skills and cultural fit.
