Pros: HubSpot doesn't just hire geniuses (like Google); they hire people who can and do talk to one another and make work fun. I hang out with my coworkers outside of work because I actually like them. There is so much opportunity to make an impact. Being B2B means that our users are using this software day in and day out and running their businesses on HubSpot, which gives you a lot more reason to care about the customers versus working someplace like Facebook. People are generally autonomous with the right level of communication. Meetings are kept to be as few as possible, with as few people as possible, for as little time as possible, and as productive as possible, so there is plenty of developer time and no time spent in unnecessary meetings. People work around 40 hours a week, not 50-60. No, the unlimited vacation doesn't mean you can just not come to work, but it also doesn't mean you can't take time off. People take more time off on average than companies with a fixed amount of PTO. I'd rather not have to save up time off just in case I need it than have my leftover PTO paid out when I leave. Working from home is not frowned upon. Upper management is transparent. It never gets boring because we never get complacent; everything is always changing, growing, and moving forward. No deductible on health insurance.

Cons: Everything I can think of to put here is things other people might not like, like all the change and fast pace. But I don't see that as a con myself.

Pros: Growth mindset Flexibility Transparency New tech

Cons: I don’t see any cons in the company.

Pros: Good product, solid growth of the company.

Cons: Too much positivity, even when things are not going too well. Broken pay structure: I see a lot of SSE1s getting paid more than SSE2s. Unclear path for promotion. Too much reorganization. I've had more managers (direct and skip-level) in a little over 2 years than I had in 8 years at my previous company.
